THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS CONDITIONED ON REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO FLEX 24V TOOLS, BATTERIES AND CHARGERS. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized FLEX retailer and may not be transferred.
Original purchaser must register the product(s) within 30 days of purchase and retain their receipt as proof of purchase. ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all FLEX 24V products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a lifetime on all FLEX 24V products that are purchased before, or on December 31, 2023.
